Case Study 1 ~ London Conference Goodie Bags
Brief:
Goody bags to give out to visitors to a conference in London. Guests have travelled internationally, so items within goody bags should represent London, and include food items to give something to eat on way home as some have long journeys back.
Solution:
A themed goody bag, with '3D' style decoration to the front of the bag itself, and contents based around the London theme, including a keepsake red phonebox keychain, London themed chocolate bar, brownie, slice of fruitcake and a pack of English Breakfast tea. The goody bag was finished with red, white and blue ribbon tied in an impressive box to the bag's rope handle. The Marketing and Communications Manager was delighted with the results, commenting: "Our event went off this week without a hitch and the bags were absolutely wonderful! Case Study 2 ~ Singapore Conference Goodie Bags
Brief:
Following the success of the London themed goody bags, the client required Singapore themed bags for a similar conference being held in Singapore. The brief was the same - fun, edible, and keepsake Singapore related items in a goodie bag which also reflected the location.
Solution:
The client was once again delighted with the contents and visual impact of the goodie bags. With contents including an oriental style wine bottle cover, locally sourced cookies, and a 'money toad', traditionally believe to bring wealth to the owner. The theme of Singapore was followed through to the red and white ribbon (reflecting national colours) decorating the bags. The bags were delivered on time, and the client commented: "Thank you so much for all of your help. They were a big hit and we couldn’t have done it without you. We look forward to working with you again soon."

Case Study 3 ~ Conference Goody Bags
Brief:
This client wanted some simple conference goodie bags with useful as well as humorous items to give to delegates.
Solution:
A purple glossy goody bag, which contained a notepad and pen, highlighter, emergency phone charger and 'No Old Bags Allowed' eye gel.

Case Study 4 ~ Total Performance Goodie Bags
Brief:
This client was looking for goody bags which reflected the conference theme of 'Total Performance', and related to the themes of pulling together and collaboration. The goodie bag recipients were internationally based lawyers, and the client wanted to ensure the goodie bags were functional and stylish but disposable and not over packaged.
Solution:
The solution was to incorporate a selection of state of the art, high quality gadget gifts, as well as useful and entertaining items. Included in the luxury goodie bag were a 'glazer' mouse (works on any surface, including glass), emergency phone charger, spring speaker, moleskin notebook, pocket puzzles, a branded Belgian chocolate brownie and travel shampoo. The client's feedback was "Everyone absolutely loved the gift bags, and I suspect that our overseas lawyers who were stranded in the UK for a few days found the contents hugely helpful over their extended stay....so a big thank you for all your help."

Case Study 5 ~ Party Bags
Brief:
The client was hosting a corporate party for 320 guests, and wanted a fun party bags which looked stunning situated on the tables at the event.
Solution:
Our 'Just Party' party bags were the perfect fit, containing a bar of choc chip shortbread, twin pack of rocket balloons, can of Red Bull and miniature champagne bottle of bubbles, presented in red dotty wrap and finished with curling ribbon.

Case Study 6 ~ 'Personality' Goodie Bags
Brief:
The brief was to include a drink and branded edible as well as something fun to reflect their brand's new positioning as having 'personality'.
Solution:
Our solution was to have 'staple' items of a branded Belgian chocolate brownie, a lightweight plastic bottle of orange & passionfruit J20, and a variable item, to ensure groups of recipients received a vairety of fun items, which included a set of juggling balls, origami set, jumping frogs game, magic cube and balloon modelling kit.

Case Study 7 ~ Staff Motivation Roadshow Goody Bags
Brief:
Fun, interactive and motivational goody bags for a series of nationwide roadshows that break the ice and encourage group participation in the themed events.
Solution:
A branded postcard style mailshot was sent out a few days before each roadshow direct to every attendee remding them about the event, contributing towards more delegates than initially anticipated attending the events. At the roadshows, every attendee received a twisted handle red or black paper goody bag filled with a flying pig, sugarpoke.com Brilliant Brownie, one of three designs of themed fish or pig related mugs, and a kazoo. The flying pig became an integral part of the roadshow presentations, and effectively encouraged group participation in the events, working well as ice breakers.
The roadshow organiser said "Today as you know was the last of our roadshows and I wanted to thank you
both for your help with these. The pigs, mugs and especially brownies were a hit and your help has been great. In true NPS style I have been recommending you both to colleagues and hope
that we can work together again at some point."

Case Study 8 ~ Staff Gifts
Brief:
A low budget, branded edible gift for every staff member in over 60 stores nationwide, delivered direct to the stores. Lead time of less than 3 weeks in which to have the products in stores.
Solution:
A mixture of Belgian chocolate brownies and choc chip shortbreads, each individually wrapped and featuring a branded label were delivered within the deadline to every store. |
Case Study 9 ~ Staff Gifts
Brief:
A low budget, motivational and original Christmas gift for a large sales team that can be sent via standard Royal Mail post to each individual recipient, with personalised 'thank you' message.
Solution:
A silver foiled mailer with branded label containing message, posted inside bubble envelope. Mailer contained one set of goodies for female recipient, another for males. Included pocket IQ test, rocket balloons and individually wrapped premium chocolate aeroplanes or Belgian chocolate red foiled hearts. |

| Case Study 10 ~ Staff Recognition Awards
Brief:
Recognition awards required for long serving managers from 5 years service through to 30 years, with gifts required to recognise the different service lengths achieved. Different gifts required for men and women. Collections of gifts, not the normal executive toys - premium, memorable, quality – to commemorate manager's achievements.
Solution:
A wide range of premium gifts presented in Giftboxes, differentiated by ribbon colour for men and women, and by branded tag for service lengths. Gift collections varied depending on service length, but included digital photo frame, Château Blanc or Van Coillie Belgian chocolates, a bottle of premium Champagne, a pair of Royal Doulton champagne flutes, as well as silver jewellery for the longer serving women and silver keyrings and cufflinks for the longer serving men.
After Sale Update:
Following the successful presentation of the gifts to staff, the client initiated a company wide roll out programme where all long serving staff are presented with a Cocoon Giftbox, with contents varying depending on their position, gender, and service length. Gifts now also include Dartington Crystal paperweights, silver tea light holders, premium bath & body care products as well as leather wallets. |
Case Study 11 ~ Christmas Co-ordinator Packs
Brief:
A branded pack to motivate & assist over 130 nominated team members to effectively plan the Christmas Party season in their pub restaurants. Delivery required to individual pub restaurants.
Solution:
Each nominated team leader received a co-ordinator box with branded tag which included a range of stationery items, a bottle of wine and bar of branded fudge.
After Sale Update:
Client was delighted with the initial 130 Co-ordinator Boxes and decided to roll out the concept to cover an additional 170 further pub restaurants nationwide. |

| Case Study 12 ~ Employee Welcome Packs
Brief:
A branded & individually personalised welcome pack for employees moving into new offices.
Solution:
A gift bag with branded tag which included individual recipient's name, containing variety of branded items including a branded polo shirt, Pocket Garden (the ideal desk-top pot plant), 'How I Like It' mug, hand painted with company name, individual's name and their preference for tea and/or coffee shown on the earthenware mug. |
Case Study 13 ~ Internal Launch Packs
Brief:
To put together a branded, fun, memorable pack with a 'green cow' theme to send to 25 key area managers to promote the launch of a new pub restaurant initiative.
Solution:
A green gift bag with branded tag which included a variety of fun 'green cow' items including 10 chocolate cows, a stretchy sucker cow (ideal for decorating a car window!), and 'cow' themed scented bath milk.
After Sale Update:
Client decided to re-run a scaled down version to another 200 key personnel within 2 months, and was extremely pleased with the impact both sets of gift bags had on the recipients. |
